Apart from serving as a digital compass boasting 16 cardinal directions and 1-degree resolution, the Freestyle Navigator 2.0, which comes complete with what the company term as ‘Free fit technology’ (meaning that you should be assured a comfortable fit regardless of your wrist size), also boasts no less than three alarms, day and date display and a 30 lap memory chronograph allowing you to time your treks should you be looking to complete a given route in a specific time (or better a previous time). Additionally its also water resistant to 100m/330ft so if you fall into a ravine at least you know the Freestyle Navigator 2.0 will survive – even if you don’t.

The Freestyle Navigator 2.0 Digital Compass Wrist Watch, which is offered in both black and silver finishes, will set you back around $125.
