We have never been anything but open with respect to having a particular penchant for products that strip their functionality and aesthetics to minimalist extremes and perhaps that alone explains why this particular analogue desk clock appeals to us quite to the extent that it does.
Featuring a featureless matt black face (who actually needs to be reminded as to the positioning of the numbers, after all), and matt black hands we actually had to artificially increase the brightness levels of the included imagery just to pick out the positioning of the hands being that they blend so acutely with their background – but, again, this appeals to us (this is, undoubtedly, time telling in a decidedly stealthy fashion).
A time piece stripped of needless decoration, this battery powered Minimalist Analogue Desk Clock measures in at 87x21mm, weighs 55g, is made from ABS (with a steel stand) and retails for the equivalent of around $41/€27/£21.
