This beautifully retro Futurist LA-2002G LCD Watch from Casio harks back to a day when the fashion was louder than the music (and that’s saying something) and when the mighty Floyd still counted Walter’s amongst their ranks with its decidedly 1970’s inspired bold styling and overtly faux gold casing.
Distinctive looks aside, however, Casio’s Futurist LA-2002G LCD Watch is very much built using today’s technology with the device capable of offering the hour in up to 29 differing time zones as well as sporting stop watch functionality and a countdown timer.
Constructed from stainless steel Casio, somewhat curiously, bill their Futurist LCD watch as being one for the ladies but we very much beg to differ as its design is, as far as we are concerned (as as far as the source is concerned), very much non-gender specific to the point of boasting overt unisex appeal.
Casio’s Futurist LA-2002G LCD Watch is, at the time of writing, due to become available via Tokyo Flash for around $150 (though you’ll have to purchase the starkly contrasting kipper tie separately).
