Whist it has to be said that we never post about something that we don’t especially like (with one notable exception which certainly incurred the full force of our wrath – and rightly so) ever so often we come across an item that coaxes a ‘wow’ from our oh so haggard lips – and this TuTu Designer Wall Clock just happens to be just such an item.
From the picture above its rather hard to tell exactly what the TuTu clock is but, in essence, the TuTu features a cube shaped, analogue clock (sans numbering) on one side attached via a hanging cable to the housing for the rather diminutive cuckoo on the other.
The cuckoo itself will cheerfully announce every new hour with a side mounted control determining the volume of its gleeful, hourly chirpings and, thanks to a light sensor, Mr. Cuckoo will fall quiet once night falls and illumination is no longer present. How cute is that?
Designed by Mattia Cimadoro, the utterly delightful TuTu Designer Wall Clock, which is available in four colours, retails for $350.
Sheer, unadulterated brilliance.
