Whilst foldout chairs are by no means anything new, on the whole they are on the whole hardly the most stylish of items and can still prove cumbersome in practice to cart around, but at a mere 26 ounces (0.7kg) in weight and, once packed, measuring just 38cm in length and 10cm in width this PackSeat offers an altogether more stylish and practical instant seating solution.

Ideal for camping, photographers and outdoor events that only provide seating at a premium, the PackSeat may be extremely light but it can comfortably seat persons up to 300lbs/136kg in weight and, let’s be honest here, it looks rather more appealing than those somewhat bulky fold out chairs you get from filling stations for a reduced price having topped up your car.

The Ultra Light PackSeat retails for around $32 / £16 / €22.
