Travel in style with luggage that has its own thermoformed skeletal form.
Suitcases have infrequently been known to turn heads, but this Hero suitcase designed by Alexander McQueen for Samsonite is sure to get a few secondary glances on account of the fact that it features its own skeletal features.
According to Samsonite: ‘The human form is treated just like an animal skin, with the ribcage and sternum at the front of the case, and backbone at the back. The inside is formed by the negative of the outside shape in a soft molded form providing contrast with the outer protective hard shell.’
The 20” Samsonite Hero suitcase, which is manufactured from hardwearing ABS, is available in either black or bone finishes and features a TSA lock, shoe and laundry bags and even comes with a metal zip with zipper pulls imprinted with the designer’s own finger print.
The Samsonite Hero Suitcase retails for $750 (approximately £372 / €550 at the time of writing).
