Designed by Markus Michalski, the Piilo offers immediate personal space bubble by folding out in a repeated series of translucent membrane visors fastened by carbon fibre rods.

Admittedly, if you’re looking for protection from the elements this is hardly going to be the solution but, for days at the beach or picnics, it could be ideal fold-out enclosure for those looking for a little solitude.
